汗
こんにちは 大阪支店の衣笠です（*'‐'*)
７月に入って暑い日が続きますが、元気いっぱいに動き回っている今日この頃です☆
皆さんは最近汗をかきましたか？スポーツ・岩盤浴・外で遊んで・冷や汗・・・
色んな汗がありますよね（＞0＜）
その中で、ゲルマニウム温浴ってご存知ですか？
健康ブームでここ最近よく耳にしたりと、知っている方も多いはず！！
簡単に説明すると、足と手を有機ゲルマニウムを溶かした４２度～４３度くらいのお湯につけ、体を温めて汗をかくものです。
私は汗をかくのが好きで、また夏に向けて何かはじめたいと思い、このゲルマニウム温浴をはじめました。
以前から家のお風呂で半身浴はやっていたのですが、手と足だけをつけてこんなに汗が吹き出てくるのかとびっくりしました。一番驚いたのは、お湯に入る前と後では体脂肪率が３％も違ったんです！！すごくないですかぁ？？
施設でも、ゲルマニウム温浴や岩盤浴までいかなくても、足浴・手浴をされている方もいますよね。
